Lion's Mane Mushroom
For the days your head feels like it is running through fog. Lion's Mane is the mushroom people reach for when focus stops coming easily — and ours is standardized, so you know exactly how much you are getting.*
Why women choose it
- Supports focus and mental clarity — the reason most people try it, and the reason they keep it*
- Standardized to 40% polysaccharides — 400 mg per serving, printed on the label
- No stimulants — this is not caffeine. Nothing to wear off, nothing to keep you up
- Vegan capsule — pullulan and organic pea starch, no gelatin
What's inside
1,000 mg of organic Hericium erinaceus per serving, standardized to 40% polysaccharides — 400 mg. That standardization is the whole point: mushroom supplements are usually sold by weight of powder, which tells you nothing about what is in it. A percentage tells you something.
Honest about the source: this is fruiting body and mycelium powder, not fruiting body alone. Some brands charge more for fruiting-body-only and are right to — it is the part with the longer record of use. We say which one you are getting rather than leaving it off the label.

Two capsules daily, with food or on an empty stomach — whichever you will actually remember. Mushroom extracts are not an on-demand product: give it a few weeks before deciding.
Our quality promise
- Manufactured in the USA in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility, with domestic and globally sourced ingredients
- Polysaccharides assayed by UV-VIS — the method the manufacturer uses when a lot carries an assay of the active. Not every lot does, and we say which is which rather than imply they all do
- Manufacturer's certificate of analysis for a representative batch — not the batch in your bottle — available on request. The documents we hold, and exactly what each one covers, are listed on our quality and testing page
Questions before you buy
Fruiting body or mycelium — does it matter?
It can. Fruiting body is the mushroom you would recognise; mycelium is the root-like network, often grown on grain. This product is a blend of both, and we would rather tell you that than let the label imply otherwise. What you can hold us to is the number: 400 mg of polysaccharides per serving, printed on the label.
How long until I notice anything?
Give it three to four weeks of daily use. If nothing has changed by the end of the bottle, that is useful information too — and your first order is covered by our 60-day guarantee.
Can I take it with coffee?
Yes. There are no stimulants in it, so it does not add to or interfere with your caffeine.
Is it vegan? Any allergens?
Yes — the capsule is pullulan with organic pea starch, no gelatin. No soy, no dairy, no gluten ingredients. It is a mushroom, so if you react to mushrooms, this is not for you.
Anything to check with my doctor?
Talk to your healthcare professional before starting if you are pregnant or nursing, take any medication, or have a bleeding disorder or surgery scheduled — mushroom extracts have limited data in those situations, and "limited data" is a reason to ask, not to assume.
Complete your ritual
Pair it with Resveratrol for daily antioxidant support*, or add Magnesium Glycinate for the night side of the day.
