What this number is for
US law requires the label of a dietary supplement to carry a US address or phone number through which the company responsible for the product can receive a report of a serious adverse event. Selenewell is operated by Arteco Consulting SL, and this is that number.
Use it to tell us about a problem with one of our products — a side effect, a reaction, anything that did not seem right — or to ask about an order, an ingredient, or a certificate of analysis.
We cannot give medical advice. If this is a medical emergency, hang up and call 911, or contact your healthcare professional. You can also report an adverse event directly to the FDA through its MedWatch program.
The line is monitored on business days. Calls are recorded, so that we have an accurate record of what you tell us.
Text messages (SMS)

What we do with your phone number
We use it to reply to you and to keep a record of what you told us. We do not sell or rent phone numbers, and we do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. If your message is a report about one of our products, US law requires us to keep a record of it for six years.
