Selenewell exists because the years between 30 and 60 deserve better than being ignored.
Somewhere in her late thirties or forties, almost every woman notices it: sleep gets lighter, energy gets less predictable, strength takes more work, and her body starts moving to a rhythm nobody warned her about. The wellness industry's answer has mostly been silence — or miracle promises. We think both are wrong.
What we believe
- In rhythm, not against it. Perimenopause and menopause are not problems to fix. They're transitions to support — with rest, strength, balance, and honest information.
- Transparency is respect. Every Selenewell label discloses every ingredient and its dose. The one exception is our probiotic, where the four strains sit in a blend as they do in essentially every probiotic sold — there we name each strain and its code. No hidden fillers, no exaggerated claims.
- Evidence over hype. We choose well-researched ingredients at meaningful doses — and we tell you what supplements can and cannot do. Supplements support wellness; they don't treat disease.
Who we are
Selenewell is named after Selene, the Greek goddess of the moon — the oldest symbol of cycles, night, and renewal.
Where your bottle comes from. Our supplements are manufactured, labeled and shipped inside the United States, in FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facilities, with domestic and imported ingredients, and orders leave from US warehouses. Your bottle never crosses an ocean, and there are no customs or import fees on a Selenewell order.
Who is behind the brand. Selenewell is a young brand, run by a small team at Arteco Consulting SL, in Marratxí, Mallorca — Spain. We would rather tell you that here than have you work it out at checkout. What it means in practice: our manufacturing, warehousing and shipping are American, and the people who choose the formulas, write these pages and answer your email are European. What it does not mean is a longer wait or a parcel from overseas.
Who founded Selenewell
Ramón Arnau, Founder
Ramón founded Arteco Consulting SL, the company behind Selenewell, in Mallorca in 2012. He started Selenewell to sell supplements the way he would want to buy them: doses printed on the label, the manufacturer's certificate of analysis one email away where the manufacturer provides one, and plain answers about what a supplement can and cannot do.
