Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 United States and Washington D.C. We don't ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every order. Your order is labeled and packed for you within 2–5 business days, then shipped from a US facility with tracking.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 4–9 business days of ordering: 2–5 business days to prepare your order, then 2–4 business days in transit with USPS. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships.
Products
Are your supplements made in the USA?
Yes — all Selenewell supplements are manufactured in the United States in FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facilities, using domestic and globally sourced ingredients. Read more on our Quality & Testing page.
Can I see what's in each product?
Always. Every label lists every active ingredient and its exact dose. The one exception is our probiotic, where the four strains sit in a blend as they do in essentially every probiotic sold: there we name each strain and its strain code and print the total CFU. More on our Quality & Testing page. The manufacturer's certificate of analysis for a representative batch is available on request — for Creatine Hydration Powder what we currently hold is a manufacturer specification sheet rather than a certificate of analysis, and our quality page lists exactly what we hold for each product.
How long until I notice a difference?
It depends on the product and the person. As a general rule: give any supplement 4–8 weeks of consistent daily use. Supplements support your body's normal functions gradually — anything promising overnight results isn't being honest with you.
Can I take Selenewell products together?
Our products are designed to complement each other — that's the idea behind our suggested pairings. That said, everyone's situation is different: check with your healthcare professional, especially if you take medication.
Are your products safe during pregnancy?
Some of our products are not suitable during pregnancy or nursing. Check the product page and the label of each one before you start, and always consult your healthcare professional first.
Returns & payment
What's your return policy?
60 days from delivery, and we almost never ask you to ship anything back. If your first order isn't right for you we refund it in full — one product, several, or a bundle. That applies once per customer. Anything damaged, defective, or missing is replaced or refunded in full. See the full refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, and more — all processed securely through Shopify Payments.
