What's in the box
- Magnesium Glycinate — 90 capsules. Before bed*

- Creatine Hydration Powder — 300 g tub, 30 servings. One scoop, any time*
- Lion's Mane — 60 capsules. Two daily, morning*
- Resveratrol — 60 capsules. One twice a day*
Five full-size products, each a full month. Nothing sampled down, nothing repackaged.
Why the whole routine
Your 40s and 50s ask a lot at once: sleep gets lighter, muscle is harder to keep, digestion changes, focus comes and goes. Each of these covers one front with a well-researched ingredient at a meaningful dose — and every one of them has its number printed on the label.*
How it splits across a day
They are not meant to be taken together in one handful:
- Morning — Lion's Mane (2 capsules), one Probiotic, one Resveratrol
- Any time — one scoop of Creatine Hydration in water
- Evening — second Probiotic, second Resveratrol
- Before bed — Magnesium Glycinate
Two anchors — morning and wind-down — is what makes a routine stick.*
What is inside, and what to check
All five are vegetarian. Vegetable capsules with no gelatin, and the creatine is a powder with no capsule at all. No soy, no dairy in the box. The probiotic's delivery matrix contains a complex marine polysaccharide (60 mg) — worth knowing if you avoid marine-sourced ingredients.
Three numbers worth knowing before you start:
- 1,000 mg of sodium per creatine serving, from sea salt — 43% of the daily value. If you have been told to watch your sodium, that is the number to take to your healthcare professional.
- 335 mg of magnesium a day in total, as declared on the labels — 275 mg from Magnesium Glycinate and 60 mg from the magnesium malate in Creatine Hydration — and our reading of the magnesium certificate puts that first figure closer to 291 mg, which would place the daily total right around the 350 mg upper limit for supplemental magnesium in adults. If you take magnesium from other sources, talk it through with your healthcare professional.
- 600 mg of trans-resveratrol a day at the suggested two capsules. Two of the five — resveratrol and Lion's Mane — carry a signal around blood clotting, so talk to your healthcare professional before starting if you take an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicine, have a bleeding disorder, or have surgery scheduled.
Magnesium is a question worth asking your healthcare professional if you take medication or have kidney concerns.
The probiotic is one to ask about too if you take medication or your immune system is compromised.
All five are made in the United States in an FDA-registered, cGMP-compliant facility, with domestic and globally sourced ingredients, and the manufacturer's certificate of analysis for a representative batch is available on request — for Creatine Hydration Powder what we currently hold is a manufacturer specification sheet rather than a certificate of analysis, and our quality page lists exactly what we hold for each product. Full ingredient lists on each product page: Magnesium, Probiotic, Creatine, Lion's Mane and Resveratrol.

Questions before you buy
Is the discount already applied?
Yes. The price you see is the routine price — our biggest saving in dollars, with no code to remember.
Do I have to take all five every day?
No, and it is worth being honest about that: five products is a habit, not a purchase. If after a month two of them have earned their place and three have not, buy the two next time. That is a good outcome, not a failed one.
Is it vegetarian? Any allergens?
Yes, the whole box. Vegetable capsules with a rice flour or pullulan base, no gelatin, and the creatine is a powder. No soy, no dairy, no gluten ingredients. The probiotic's delivery matrix contains a complex marine polysaccharide (60 mg) — worth knowing if you avoid marine-sourced ingredients. Lion's Mane is a mushroom, so it is not for you if you react to mushrooms.
What exactly arrives?
Five full-size products: Magnesium Glycinate (90 capsules), Probiotic 40 Billion (60 capsules), a 300 g tub of Creatine Hydration Powder (30 scoops), Lion's Mane (60 capsules) and Resveratrol (60 capsules). Your order may arrive in more than one parcel, each with its own tracking.
Anything to check with my doctor?
Yes. Talk to your healthcare professional before starting if you are pregnant or nursing, take any prescription medication, or have a hormone-sensitive condition. Two specifics for this box: the sodium in the creatine if you have been told to watch it, and the two that carry a signal around blood clotting — resveratrol and Lion's Mane — if you take an anticoagulant or antiplatelet medicine, have a bleeding disorder, or have surgery scheduled. Magnesium is worth raising if you have kidney concerns, and the probiotic if your immune system is compromised.
Making it a routine
Five products is only worth it if you actually take them. How to build a supplement routine after 40 lays out how they split across a day without turning into a project.
